A simple, thoughtful way to take part in Lost then Found — no cyanotype materials,,  just paper, creative prompts, acetate, pen and your own story.

Inside your pack you’ll find:

• A Lost/Found template to work from
• A marker pen
• A sheet of acetate
• A swing tag, hand printed and ready for your writing
• Two pieces of cartridge paper for your own designs
• A stamped addressed envelope for sending your work back to us

We’ll send along all the inspiration and instructions you need to get started — there’s no right or wrong way to approach it, just space to think about something lost, and something found.

Work out your design on the cartridge paper first, then trace it onto the acetate. Write your own words on the swing tag too, so it can travel back with your design. Send both back to us in the envelope provided, and we’ll print your design onto fabric ready to join the project. As it’s all done from your acetate, there’s no need to wait for a sunny day — perfect for taking part through autumn and winter.

Your finished piece will form part of a quilt, exhibited as part of a touring exhibition, and shared alongside work from participants across the country. Everyone who takes part receives a free downloadable catalogue of the finished pieces.
